Pierre Vareille - Chairman and CEO
Pierre Vareille, 54, has been the Chairman and CEO of Constellium since March 2012. Prior to joining Constellium, Pierre was Chairman and CEO of FCI, a world-leading manufacturer of connectors.
Pierre is a graduate of the French engineering school Ecole Centrale de Paris, the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (political science), and the Sorbonne University (economics and finance). He started his career in 1982 with Vallourec, holding various positions in manufacturing, controlling, sales and strategy before being appointed CEO of several subsidiaries.
From 1995 to 2000 Pierre was Chairman and CEO of GFI Aerospace (now LISI Aerospace), after which he joined Faurecia as a member of the executive committee and CEO of the Exhaust Systems business. In 2002, he moved to Pechiney as a member of the executive committee in charge of the aluminium conversion sector and Chairman and CEO of Rhenalu. He was then named in 2004 Group Chief Executive of Wagon Automotive, a company listed on the London stock exchange, where he stayed until 2008.
Pierre Vareille has been a member of BIC board since 2009.

Christophe Villemin - President, Global ATI business unit
Christophe Villemin joined Alcan in 1994, where he has held various management positions in different sectors in packaging and aluminium conversion in Europe and U.S.
In 2002, he was appointed General Manager, Alcan Rolled Products Valais in Switzerland and, in 2005, President, Alcan Engineered Products (EP), Specialty Sheet business unit. He became Executive Sponsor, EP Innovation Cells in October 2007 and began his current position in April 2008. Since February 2011, in addition to his current role as president Global ATI business unit, Christophe oversees R&D and Technology activities. Under his leadership, the business has developed and launched AIRWARE™ technology that enables aircraft manufacturers to combine weight gains with assembly and maintenance cost reductions, while reducing the environmental footprint.
In 2008, Christophe has been distinguished "Young Global Leader" of the World Economic Forum.

Laurent Musy - President, Specialty Sheet business unit
Laurent Musy joined Pechiney Aluminium Metal as its Continuous Improvement Champion in 1998, following 9 years with Bull Japan, Saint-Gobain and McKinsey. He has eight years’ experience in upstream aluminum activities, including as General Manager of the St. Jean de Maurienne smelter, France; CEO of the Tomago Aluminium joint venture in Australia; and President of Alcan Bauxite and Alumina’s Atlantic Operations.
Laurent led the integration of Rio Tinto and Alcan Bauxite & Alumina, based in Australia. He was appointed to his current position in April 2008.

Paul Warton - President, Extrusions and Automotive Structures business unit
Paul Warton joined Alcan Engineered Products in November 2009. Following manufacturing, sales and management positions in the automotive and construction industries, he has spent 17 years managing aluminium extrusion companies across Europe and in China. He has held the Positions of President Sapa Building Systems & President Sapa North Europe Extrusions during the integration process with Alcoa soft alloy extrusions.
Paul served on the Building Board of the European Aluminum Association (EAA) and was Chairman of the EAA Extruders Division. He holds an MBA from London Business School.

Tom White - Chief Financial Officer
Tom White joined Constellium in November 2011. He is a senior finance executive and operating partner of Apollo. He has provided leadership in several businesses that are owned by Apollo. Prior to his work with Apollo, he was CFO and Treasurer of the Hub Group Inc, a public company listed on the NASDAQ exchange, and prior to that he was a senior audit partner with Arthur Andersen.

Peter Basten - Vice President Strategic Planning & Business Development
Peter Basten joined Alcan in 2005 as the Director of Strategy and Business Planning at Alcan Specialty Sheet, and became Director of Sales and Marketing in 2008, responsible for the aluminum packaging applications markets.
Prior to joining Alcan, Peter worked as a consultant at Monitor Group, a strategy consulting firm. His responsibilities ranged from developing marketing, corporate, pricing and competitive strategy to M&A and optimizing manufacturing operations. He began his current position, as Vice President Strategic Planning and Business Development, in September 2010.
Mr. Basten holds degrees in Applied Physics (Delft University of Technology, Netherlands) and Economics & Corporate Management (ENSPM, France)

Marc Boone - Vice-President Human Resources
Marc Boone joined Constellium in June 2011 as Vice-President, Human Resources. Before working with Constellium, he held human resources and change management positions in industrial and service companies such as Alcatel Mietec, Johnson Controls, MasterCard, General Electric, KPMG and Uniq Plc.

Nicolas Brun - Vice President Communications
Nicolas Brun joined Alcan Engineered Products as Vice President, Communications in June 2008. Previously, he held senior global communications positions as Vice President External Communications with Alcatel, Vice President Communications Framatome ANP/AREVA, and with the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Group. Most recently he was Vice President, Communications at Thales Alenia Space.

Jeremy Leach - Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Leach joined Pechiney in 1991 from the international law firm Richards Butler (now Reed Smith). Prior to assuming his current role in April 2010, he was the General Counsel of Alcan Packaging and has held various senior legal positions in Rio Tinto, Alcan and Pechiney.
He has been admitted in a number of jurisdictions, holds a law degree from Oxford University (MA Jurisprudence) and an MBA from the London Business School. -
Daniel James Altmeyer - Vice President, Metal and Purchasing
Daniel James Altmeyer joined Constellium in 2011 as Vice President, Metal and Purchasing. Before working with Constellium, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Purchasing at Ashley Furniture Industries Inc. in the US and Vice President of Global Supply Management at Invensys PLC in London. Daniel’s other experiences are equally varied and international. Previously, he worked for Jason Inc. in Shanghai, and Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) and Emerson Electric Co in the US.
Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Willem Lens - Chief Information Officer
Willem Lens joined Constellium in August 2011 as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Before working with Constellium, he developed significant international management experience in information technology in different industries such as distribution & wholesale, industrial machinery & automation and chemicals & agriculture. Most recently, he was Head of IS Strategy and Business Architecture in Syngenta from 2009 - 2011. From 2003 - 2009, he worked for Rockwell Automation, first as Director IT EMEA in Belgium and later as Director Program Office in Milwaukee (USA). From 1986 - 2003, he held several management positions in Belgium and Germany for SEI (later Avnet) including Group Information Officer Avnet TS Europe.
Willem received a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium and a Masters of Applied Sciences from the Rijksuniversiteit Gent, Belgium.

Clotilde Delbos - Chief Risk Officer
Clotilde Delbos joined Pechiney as an Internal Auditor in 1992. She became Pechiney’s Senior Audit Manager in Brussels, followed by positions in treasury and mergers and acquisitions. From 2001 to 2004. she was Financial Controller for Pechiney’s Bauxite and Alumina business and for its Trading division. She joined Alcan Engineered Products in 2005 and became Chief Financial Officer in December 2005. In 2011, she was Constellium Deputy Chief Financial Officer and starting 1 January 2012 she became Constellium Chief Risk Officer.
