 Efficient and high-performance tools and methods are the basis for the smooth running of our extrusions manufacturing plants in France.

Our production and service processes are certified to the stringent ISO TS16949 and ISO 9001 requirements. We thus deliver to the latest quality standards in the industry and guarantee the quality of our end products.

These two certificates confirm that our sites meet the requirements of the highly demanding automotive market, and enable us to extend our offer to include design assistance for automotive components.

Maintaining a quality mindset

In addition to our local quality initiatives at every site, Constellium has implemented a continuous improvement mindset across its business activities.

We have put in place a process whereby experienced employees are granted leave from their day-to-day responsibilities to pursue important matters aimed at improving our products and services.

This process involves:

  a number of continuous improvement specialists who are responsible for projects that address specific challenges,
•  
  several employees in each department who are specially trained to handle projects that fall within their areas of competence.

Since 2004, these initiatives have allowed the organization as a whole to benefit from important improvements relating to:
