We manage diversity at a local level. At Neuf-Brisach, for example, we support gender diversity by advertising in schools, apprentice centers and recruitment shows for females to apply for our apprentice program.
This has led to a higher proportion of female apprentices and is also expected to lead to more females gaining fulltime employment.
Our drive towards greater diversity also includes the issue of nationality. At C-TEC, our world-class technology center we employed engineers from 22 different countries in 2015, reflecting the diversity of our customers and partners.
