Constellium celebrates the grand opening of its new plant for advanced aluminium automotive structures in White, Georgia

Constellium N.V. (NYSE and Euronext Paris: CSTM) announced today the grand opening of its new plant in White, Georgia, dedicated to the production of advanced aluminium automotive structural components and crash management systems. The 135,000 sq. ft. facility is strategically located to supply automakers in the Southeast U.S. and may be expanded to 220,000 sq. ft. to meet customers’ supply needs in the future. Constellium expects to have 150 employees in White, Georgia, by 2019.

Constellium Appoints Jean-Marc Germain as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 11, 2016

(NYSE and Euronext: CSTM) today announced recently appointed Constellium Executive Director, Jean-Marc Germain will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer effective July 11, 2016. Jean-Marc will succeed Pierre Vareille, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Pierre will work closely with Jean-Marc to ensure a seamless transition and will serve as an advisor to the Board.

Constellium to open a new manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, to supply automotive structural components

Constellium N.V. (NYSE and Euronext: CSTM) announced today that it intends to open a new manufacturing facility in Mexico to produce aluminium automotive structural components. This plant, located in San Luis Potosí, will allow Constellium to respond to increasing demand for lightweight, high-strength aluminium Crash Management Systems and automotive structures for the expanding auto industry in Mexico. The automotive industry expects that nearly five million vehicles will be produced annually in Mexico by 2019, making it one of the largest markets for automobile production.

Constellium partners with Nespresso to recycle used aluminium capsules in Switzerland

Constellium was chosen by Nespresso, the renowned brand for coffee connoisseurs worldwide, to participate in the recycling of used capsules as part of Second Life, an innovative project conducted in Switzerland where Nespresso is headquartered. The campaign aims at integrating sustainability across Nespresso’s value chain by giving the colored coffee capsules a new life through aluminium recycling.

Constellium signs a multi-year contract with Airbus for the provision of advanced aerospace aluminium products and solutions

Constellium N.V. (NYSE and Euronext: CSTM) announced today that it has signed a contract with Airbus to support all of their leading aircraft programs. The agreement – currently under Airbus Group Corporate approval - further solidifies Constellium’s longstanding partnership with Airbus and confirms its position as a leading partner for aerospace aluminium products and solutions. Under the new agreement, Constellium will supply Airbus with a broad range of advanced aluminium rolled products for airframes including wing skin panels, aero-sheets for fuselage panels, as well as rectangular and pre-machined plates for structural components.
