PLEX SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

(ALL GENDERS)

Your challenges:

• Strongly contribute to the new Plex MES implementation in Germany
• Capturing the business demand and ensuring efficient use of Plex solution as well as consistency and integration with other sites
• Proactively identify opportunities for increased operational and business efficiencies and work with key users
• Propose, design, and implement IT solutions with a major focus on Manufacturing processes
• Coordinate projects across different sites with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Define and Implement continuous improvement for Plex (optimize, standardize, simplify)

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s in Business preferred; or equivalent
• Several years of experience in an international IT-environment, within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Top tier ERP/MES (Plex preferred) experience as an IT professional, with a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to dialogue with and challenge all business stakeholders, up to plant management level
• Project management and change management skills, with experience of working with virtual teams 
• Experience and ability in working with external service providers
• Seeking business value at global and local levels
• Must be a self-starter able to work without direct day to day supervision
• Fluency in English is a must. German is a plus.
• Willingness for periodic travel
