Constellium is a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and recycling of aluminum products and solutions. Key responsibilities:

  • Assume full ownership of our early career Global Engineering Development Program (GEDP)
    • Make strategic shifts to the program to bring it to the next level: evaluate current program versus future needs, reposition program and learning approaches
    • Support local Talent Acquisition teams’ activities to bring in new engineering talent and ensure a diverse mix of talent within the GEDP group
    • Deploy program at global level: from logistics to enhancing participants experience and leading training sessions
    • Embed the program with key stakeholders – sell in the importance and benefits to individual development and business sustainability
  • Own / Support other critical global Learning & Development program to ensure they are mutually re-inforcing and supportive of the ‘Constellium Way’ of Engineering/ Leading/ Mentoring
    • Leadership Development Program (LDP) for our mid-level leaders
      • Deploy the program in collaboration with our external partners
      • Embed ‘Multiplier’ concepts into our organization
    • Global Mentoring Program
      • Enhance existing program & targets; help ensure mentoring becomes part of our DNA
    • Front-line Manager Program:
      • Collaborate with site leadership to design, develop and deploy a world class program to support our front-line leadership group
    • Leading specific DEI-related training programs such as unconscious bias training
  • Digital Learning
    • Support the deployment of our new LMS and be a change agent to drive adoption rate at site level
    • Develop and deploy digital learning strategy: how to encourage life-long learning?
    • Provide training data insights
  • Talent management global processes
    • Support annual Regional & Global Talent Review processes / session
    • Provide insights & trends to ensure deeper understanding of talent challenges

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters’ degree in HR /OD / Organizational Psychology / Labor Relations preferred
  • 5-8 years solid HR experience with demonstrable accomplishments ex. successful project / initiative delivery
  • Experience of working in a global enterprise ideal
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, potential for international travel
  • English proficiency: Written and verbal. Other languages (French, German) highly desirable
