Manager of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development

The Company corporate offices are split between Paris (France), Zurich (Switzerland) and Baltimore (Maryland, USA) where corporate senior management is located. The open job position is within the Corporate Strategy organization, with the position to be based in Zurich, Switzerland or Paris, France.

Constellium Corporate Strategy Organization is a global team composed of two departments, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development.

With the aim of reinforcing the Corporate Strategy Organization to manage the numerous current and future projects, we are looking for a Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development Manager who, reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy and to the Senior Manager & Head M&A, will be accountable for:

•    Driving Corporate Strategy initiatives with various strategic studies/projects for Business Units and Corporate
•    Working on special M&A assignments covering Acquisitions, Divestitures, Joint Ventures planning, negotiation and execution
•    Analyzing emerging trends, opportunities and threats, and conducting market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision making 
•    Working closely with BU teams and other Functions on operational, commercial, investment and other strategic topics
•    Supporting the annual long-term planning process
•    Supporting Company-wide transformation programs
•    Other ad hoc strategic projects

Job qualifications:
•    Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
•    Master Degree in equivalent field a plus but not a must
•    5-8 years’ experience with at least 4-5+ years of relevant analytical/strategic experience
•    Fluency in English is required
•    French and/or German language skills are a plus
