The European Aerospace Sales Team in Singen / Zurich is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Develop trustworthy and sustainable professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Be accountable for sales performance (volumes / margins / mix / market-shares) with special attention given to forecast, hedging, cash collection
• Answer requests for proposals/quotations; develop, negotiative and optimize volumes and margins
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer pain points are promptly and definitively resolved
• Gather business intelligence, participate in collecting and sharing customer / market / product / competitor information
• Negotiate contracts and/or spot orders
• Support innovation projects and drive business development

Ihr Profil:

• Master's degree in Business / Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, aerospace and sales exposure preferred
• Solid analytical skills; at ease with MS Excel
• Rigor and curiosity to perform in an industrial environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interact with different functions, build and maintain relationships with customers at operational and decision-making levels
• Dynamism and pugnacity to ensure project progression, internally and externally
• Fluent in German and English with good French skills
• Frequent travel required
