We are currently looking for the new Aerospace & Transportation Sales Controlling & Digital Manager to join our A&T Business unit that employs 3,800 employees distributed in 4 plants across Europe and North America, with 3 agencies in Asia and that generates 1.1 bn € revenues.

 

Reporting to the head of the A&T finance, the A&T BU sales controlling manager leads product profitability analysis, sales reporting and S&OP (sales and operations planning) processes & digital transformation initiatives.

 

Key accountabilities:

•    Analyze top line performances with the support of the sales managers and plant controllers;
•    Analyze FX, LME and other commodities risk exposure at BU level, & lead BU process review;
•    Provide regular routine analysis targeting leakage, unattractive profitability and allocation;
•    Assist in the preparation of BU monthly, quarterly reports, annual budget and LT plan presentation to senior management;
•    Lead sales contract reviews, including for revenue recognition compliance with IFRS15 
•    Support negotiation of major contracts and of business developments opportunities (develop specific costing and financial model, challenge sales managers on their proposal);
•    Support the BU team on other sales and finance related projects (e.g. working capital optimization, information system, transfer pricing, hedging, strategic reviews);
•    Budget, forecast, analyze and report Sales team costs. Manage the tracking and communication of commercial team performance KPIs;
•    Prepare and optimize information systems, check data to provide consistent, relevant and reliable product profitability in Atlas and for the S&OP;
•    Lead and drive continuous Salesforce developments, change management processes (training, communication), advanced dashboard developments, and explore latest technologies & innovations (Sales automation AI, Analytics) 
•    Lead transformational system projects (Future of Atlas, Salesforce), and leverage from it to get more efficient processes and improve quality & accuracy;
•    Manage and develop a team of 4 people.

 

Skills

•    10 years’ experience in Finance is required – an experience in sales in considered a plus
•    Strong analytical skills, results oriented and pro-active attitude
•    Good ability to understand business levers in an industrial matrix context with intra-BU flows
•    Strong ability to build and manage interactions with others
•    High level of autonomy, reliability, transparency and accountability, rigor and discipline
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Team management experience
•    Good practice of excel, PowerPoint
•    Experience with SAP (COPA, SD), Salesforce, Power BI, M. Azure
•    Language fluency in English and French
