The BU Reporting & Controlling Analyst (BU Automotive Structure & Industry) is supporting the BU Reporting and Operations Controller for the financial analysis and reporting processes.


Key accountabilities


Participate in internal controls and audit activities

  • Prepare and support quarterly Balance sheet review.
  • Ensure tracking and remediation of internal control deficiencies.
  • Coordinate the BU Internal control framework to ensure compliance with Constellium Standard.

Support the plants to prepare and document their accoutings positions.


Provide ad hoc analysis on specific topics (inventories, depreciation, FX,...)


Track & analyse capital expenditures programs of the plants.


Support the team in the closing and reporting processes:

  • Prepare and optimize some reports 
  • Checking data to provide consistent, relevant and reliable data for management reporting purposes


Support the plants and BU teams in long term projects (data management, SAP, Power BI, etc…)




•    Master’s degree in Business / Engineering with solid analytical skills.
•    5/7 years experience in similar position or auditing firms.
•    Have appetence for manufacturing environment.
•    Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines, multi-task and perform in a team-oriented environment.
•    Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP BI / Power BI are a plus.
•    Rigorous and curious, willingness to develop knowledge about the alumnium industry.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interact with different functions (finance, sales, supply chain, management), build and maintain relationships.
•    Fluent in English and French.
•    Readiness to travel ( 25%).
•    Position based in Paris (headquarters), France.
