The growth of the company has been exciting, and every day brings an interesting challenge. I love walking the floor and being able to work directly with the teams. I am proud of working at Constellium, which has given me the opportunity to work in many different roles and allowed me to grow professionally.
What inspires you about working in manufacturing?
Working to satisfy the needs of the customer, on time and with defect-free products, is a rewarding experience when the job is done correctly. Van Buren produces parts for the number one selling truck in the world (Ford F 150), which inspires me to improve each and every day.
What skills or past experiences do you think helped you become who you are at Constellium?
I started at Constellium as the quality engineer for the Ford F 150 program. My background in quality allowed me to help set up the production process, and the program was subsequently launched without any problems.
