As part of this department, you will take a hands-on approach to production and determine the reasons for any defects. You will ensure that every product we sell meets all quality specifications and requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on short-, medium-, and long-term quality strategies and put them into practice.

What do you like most about working for Constellium?
Working for an international organization offers diversity, new ideas, and benchmarking. I am proud of our environmental efforts and focus. Constellium places importance on the development of all employees, which inspires every one of us to do our best.
What inspires you about working in Quality?
Problem solving and educating our customers is very satisfying. We are heavily involved in improving not only our end products but our processes, too. It is a great reward when we can help a customer perform better through the use of our aluminium.
What skills or past experiences do you think helped you become who you are at Constellium?
I used to work in can-making plants, so I was actually a customer of Constellium prior to joining the team. This has given me great insight into the needs of our customers. Success in the quality area is driven by problem solving and data analysis skills, which I developed by becoming a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Having a statistical mindset allows me to make data-driven decisions for the benefit of the company.
