As a member of Constellium’s sales and marketing team, you will act as a frontline ambassador for Constellium to forge and develop our valuable customer relationships.
Engage with global and local customers, including leading aerospace and automotive industry names such as Airbus, Boeing, Space-X, BMW, or Mercedes. Lay the foundation to advance into other roles across the company and countries where we operate.
What do you like most about working for Constellium?
When I first joined Constellium I immediately liked the ambition and motivation I saw here. Back in 2000, it was visionary to think aluminium would have a strong presence in the automotive world. I still feel we are living through a unique moment in time, helping to shape a better automotive world where light weighting, low emissions and new technologies have a major role to play. Isn’t that a great thing to be part of?
What inspires you about working in sales?
Without a doubt, people and challenges are what drive me every day. Whether internally or externally, in sales we often deal with conflicting parties who have opposing interests. What I like in my job is that I need to be creative, convincing, and flexible in order to negotiate a win-win agreement that is sustainable in the long term.
What skills or past experiences do you think helped you become who you are at Constellium?
On the soft skills side I would say: an open mind, analytical thinking, and diligence. I must say I learned a lot from past experiences—both positive and negative—and from people who have helped me become who I am today. I am convinced that we are nothing without a team, and it gives me great satisfaction to help others, just like I have been encouraged throughout my professional career.
