Community Initiatives

Constellium firmly believes in giving back to the communities that nurture us. Through our community outreach program, ConstelliumCARES, we empower initiatives led by our sites, backed by a dedicated up to €1 million fund to magnify their impact. Our commitment extends to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the manufacturing sector, with a special focus on gender diversity. The ConstelliumCARES Fund proudly supports "Elles bougent", a French association dedicated to introducing middle and high school female students to the exciting opportunities in engineering and technology.

We are delighted to forge this strategic partnership nationally, with our French employees actively volunteering as mentors and ambassadors across our sites in Issoire, Neuf-Brisach, Paris, and Voreppe. Nalae Lee, an Azure Data Acquisition Engineer based in Paris and mentor, expresses her enthusiasm: “Partnering with ‘Elles bougent’ to introduce young female students to the dynamic realm of engineering and technology is truly exciting. As a global company that champions diversity, I am confident that Constellium can ignite the passions of these students, paving the way for a more inclusive future in the manufacturing sector.”

Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce our support for the upcoming special event organized by "Elles bougent" on April 4th. This event offers young girls a unique opportunity to explore careers in engineering and technology through inspiring presentations, interactive workshops, and engagements with passionate professionals. We invite you to join us for a fulfilling and stimulating day! Follow us on our social media channels to find out more about this event.
