Programs combine in-person workshops, coaching and mentoring, webinars, and digital learning, ensuring flexible access to knowledge and skill-building. Constellium University’s approach is deliberately inclusive, addressing the needs of both early-career engineers and seasoned executives.

  • Global Engineering Development Program (GEDP): a ten-month customized journey for young engineers, developed in collaboration with subject matter experts. Participants gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of aluminum processes while adopting the “Constellium way” of engineering.
  • Front-Line Manager (FLM): a six-month program for supervisors in the plants, designed to equip operational leaders with the tools and behaviors they need to succeed on the shop floor.
  • Leadership Development Program (LDP): a nine-month initiative for mid-level leaders to foster consistent leadership practices and enhance their business acumen skills.
  • Executive Development Program (ExDP): a nine-month learning journey designed for senior executives, preparing them for expanded responsibilities and future roles.

Together, these programs ensure that all Constellium leaders and experts are aligned around the same principles and behaviors.
