Constellium completes divestment of Alcan International Network
Constellium announces today that it has completed its transaction with CellMark for the divestment of Alcan International Network (AIN), its trading division that mainly specializes in Specialty Chemicals, Minerals and Raw Materials. The terms of the transaction are confidential.
