Constellium French facilities celebrating the industry

Three French Constellium sites took part to “La Semaine de l’Industrie”, a one-week national program encompassing a series of local events dedicated to industry in France.

The objectives of “La Semaine de l’Industry” are to meet with the women and men working in industrial environments, to open some industrial sites to the public, and ultimately, for the companies, to promote technical jobs and attract new talents.

Always inclined to participate to events positioning the aluminium metallurgy as an attractive industry, Constellium French sites organized and took part to several local events, amongst those:

  • Open-days for high-school students who were invited to discover Constellium’s R&D lab and aluminium transformation activities at Voreppe research center and to visit Constellium’s Issoire and Nuits-St-Georges facilities;
  • A job dating session organized by Issoire’s local employment agency;
  • A round-table on the theme: "Aerospace: from production to maintenance".
