Together with three leading flat-rolled aluminium manufacturers and members of the European Aluminium Packaging Group (EAPG) - Elval, Novelis and Speira – we have signed an agreement to engage in a standardization project to maximize the recycled content levels of the beverage can and thus substantially lower carbon emissions, focused on increased recyclability of the can end.
This collaborative effort aims to maximize the recycled content of beverage cans, contributing to a lower carbon footprint. By prioritizing recyclability and circularity, we pave the way for a more sustainable future in the aluminum industry.
