Compensation and Benefits
Constellium values the dedication and effort of our employees. This is why we pay a market-competitive compensation package. Additionally, depending on your job level, you may be eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan, which is based on financial results, safety, and achievement of individual objectives.
We also offer health insurance to all of our employees, for which Constellium covers the majority of the cost. Constellium employees have access to a retirement plan as well as a life insurance and a disability plan.
