Constellium celebrated its 2025 THANK YOU AWARDS on March 25, 2026, to recognize teams across the company whose achievements strengthened Constellium’s culture, improved operational performance and strategic partnerships, and advanced innovation and sustainability. The annual virtual event highlighted the ingenuity and dedication that continue to shape Constellium’s success.
Eighteen projects were recognized at the ceremony, with one grand prize winner in each category:
- Casting our Culture—honoring initiatives that champion safety, exemplify our values, foster inclusive and empowering workplaces, and strengthen community engagement—was awarded to the Decin facility in the Czech Republic for implementing AI-powered tools that enhance pedestrian safety across the site.
- Forging Progress—recognizing efforts that improve the way we operate today by increasing efficiency, advancing sustainability, and deepening partnerships—was presented to the Muscle Shoals plant in the U.S. and to Constellium’s R&D center,
C-TEC, in France, for reducing the use of prime aluminum in key alloys, improving resource efficiency while lowering our environmental impact. - Shaping the Future—celebrating bold ideas that drive new products and processes, open new markets, and reduce environmental impact—was awarded to Constellium’s University Technology Center in the U.K. and the Decin facility for developing a new generation ofmarket-ready free machining aluminum alloys combining high performance with cost competitiveness.

Local celebrations will take place this spring to honor the winning teams, where each contributor will receive an aluminum trophy designed and produced by C‑TEC.
