Constellium is proud to be ranked on Forbes' inaugural list of the World's Top Female-Friendly Companies.

In partnership with research firm Statista, Forbes asked 85,000 women in 40 countries to rate their employer on criteria such as pay equity, parental leave, promoting gender equality, and representation at the executive and board levels.

“We are humbled to be considered one of the world’s top female-friendly companies. This recognition by our women employees is a tribute to all the work done by our teams,” said Jean-Marc Germain, CEO of Constellium. “For us, the desire to recognize diversity and increase inclusivity is embedded in our core values of safety, respect and empowerment. We recognize that we still have a long journey in front of us, but we are committed to continuing to build a more diverse and inclusive company, which will be a core pillar of our 2030 Sustainability Strategy."

Recruiting, retaining, and advancing women is a top priority at Constellium. The company offers a mentoring program for its women employees, tracks and measures recruitment, representation, and pay equality worldwide, and promotes a safe and inclusive work culture by offering diversity trainings and workshops to its employees. The company also offers parental leave and flexible work policies worldwide. In 2021, Constellium appointed two additional women Directors to its Board, increasing female representation to more than 40%.
