In partnership with research firm Statista, Forbes asked 85,000 women in 40 countries to rate their employer on criteria such as pay equity, parental leave, promoting gender equality, and representation at the executive and board levels.

In 2021, Constellium appointed two additional women Directors to its Board, increasing female representation to more than 40%.
