Constellium is a global leader developing and manufacturing high value added aluminium products and solutions for a broad scope of markets and applications, focusing on Aerospace, Automotive & Packaging. We design, develop and engineer products / solutions in partnership with our customers. With approximately 12,000 employees worldwide, Constellium operates 28+ manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and China with reported 2024 sales of € 7,3 billion.

As a global entity we are acutely aware of our role in contributing to a healthier society and environment. We commit to minimize the impact of our operations and improve the footprint of the aluminium life cycle throughout the value chain. In one important step against climate change, we have committed to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 25% in 2025 vs. 2015. We are further committed to an 80% beverage can recycling rate in Europe and to pursue an equally ambitious strategy in the US. Never afraid to shy away from such ambitious undertakings, we underscored such pledges by issuing a "green bond" linked to our recycling capacity and to our CO2 emission reduction targets in 2021. We are proud to be a pioneer in the metals sector.

Constellium launched a global and long-term project aiming at transforming Finance to better serve Business. This project called Finance of Tomorrow covers a wide scope of initiatives such as process optimization, automation, modern tool implementation, people development and business partnership enhancement.

After having implemented the first elements of the foundation (Common Information Model, a first wave of sites replicating in real time their entries in SAP Central Finance system, definition of enterprise standards related to Record-To-Report, Account Payables and Account Receivables processes,…) we are now entering a phase with critical steps such as the first sites moving to S4 HANA, the second wave of sites using CFIN and a new way of managing master data. In the 3 years to come the transformation will continue with the deployment of the use of CFIN as the single source of truth for analysis, control and consolidated accounts, with the streamlining of closing and reporting process and with the development of our people.

In this context the FoT project team needs a project manager, responsible for planning, executing and closing some of these initiatives.
Short term the focus will be on the CFIN project as finance lead: apply and adapt the Common Information Model to CFIN, finalize the implementation of the second wave of sites (training, create mapping,…), make the data reliable and indisputable (resolve reconciliation issues between CFIN and ORION, eliminate out of local system manual adjustments,…), develop the use of CFIN for analysis and controls, support the creation of the central activities, handover with the stakeholders (data model office, BU, sites and corporate teams).
Mid-term the transformation will continue with further development of the use of CFIN, the connection with HFM, the replacement of the consolidation tool, the development of enterprise standards, the automation of some activities, the implementation of S4HANA in other sites and potentially the implementation of an EPM.

The position requires travelling to different sites and potentially supporting these sites locally on the ground for a certain period.
