We are looking for the Assistant to the Vice President Group Controller to assist her in the organization of her travels, agenda, meetings. The Assistant will also be in charge of the Office Management and will give punctual support to the HR Finance Business Partner.


This function will liaise closely with:

  • Finance Department;
  • The Head of Insurance & Loss prevention;
  • The suppliers of general services
  • The external auditors




Assistanceship :

  • Organize travels
  • Manage agenda
  • Organize meetings with logistics
  • Manage travel expenses
  • Organize training, seminars
  • Support to our external auditors : meetings, access
  • Office reception


Office Management :

  • Responsible of our suppliers : La Poste, office stationary, printer, office cleaning, office maintenance…


Support to our HR Finance Business Partner :

  • Organize trainings, meetings, coaching… for the Finance Leadership Team
  • Prepare presentations


Support to our accounting department :

  • Register purchase order request
  • Register invoices






Competencies, technical skills requirement

  • BTS’s degree “support à l’action managériale”  or business administration field.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and different stakeholders (business, IT, vendors …) up to plant and senior management level
  • Credibility to discuss with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deal with demand management
  • Organized
  • Pro-active
  • English required
  • Another language a plus
