We are currently looking for the Finance transformation project leader - Aerospace & Transportation to join our A&T Business unit that employs 3,800 employees distributed in 4 plants across Europe and North America, with 3 agencies in Asia and that generates 1.7 bn € revenues


Reporting to the A&T BU Finance Manager, the A&T Finance transformation project leader will oversee some finance transformational projects for the BU, such as Central Finance (SAP), migration of sales & business controlling tools (to Azure). We offer a fixed term contract, 18 months.

 

Key accountabilities:
•    Oversight of the transformation projects, including the monitoring of functional design and the realization of a gap analysis between the current state and the future requirement; 
•    Assist and give support to sites in the preparation, deployment and go-live phases (review of data submitted…);
•    Coordinate with internal finance teams, e.g. Finance of Tomorrow teams and Corporate, on data model and data warehouse programs;
•    Help define the business design requirements of our future data needs for our Business Intelligence warehouse;
•    Assist in other ad-hoc requests related to these Finance Transformation projects;
•    Manage workshops and provide quality synthesis/deliverables intended to BU finance management;
•    Deal with various streams/stakeholders (finance, sales, supply chain…) with the ability to link these different streams;
•    Understand organization’s requests replying in a given timeline with a high level of detail;
•    Analyze data (financial, process…) from the sites/the BU to determine the optimal output given various existing structure;
•    Report up project status and evolutions and alerts on deviations that may require corrective action. Share with line management suggested corrective actions;
•    Follow up of the action plans and proactively implement them.


Skills
•    Capability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with a variety of job’s stakeholders from different departments, locations and levels;
•    Ability to develop an approach / vision, and to promote it;
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills;
•    Knowledge of financial diagnosis and information analysis;
•    Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills;
•    A fluent English speaker, French proficiency a plus;
•    University level business degree in Finance: strong corporate finance bases, knowledge of IT system a plus
•    5 years of experience in Finance/IT system implementation or Finance transformation projects
•    Travel requirement: up to 20%
