Primary Purpose
Our Finance team is growing and we are looking for a high caliber individual that is willing to embrace a high potential path starting with a role as FP&A Analyst in our Baltimore HQ.

The open aim is for the individual to be ready after this first assignment to embark on a rapid career growth across the various sites and finance functions of Constellium. 

In this first assignment, the FP&A Analyst will be assisting the FP&A Director and the Finance team at large in an array of duties with a specific focus reporting timely information and performing analytics on the financial performance of the various business units and sites. 

As specific duty, being based on the Baltimore HQ while the rest of the team is Paris based today, he will have direct interaction with the US based CFO and facilitate the timely information delivery he requires. 

The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of FP&A topics and he/she will work regularly with senior executives as well as different functions and departments of the organization.

 

Key accountabilities

The FP&A Analyst will integral part of the FP&A team and be focused on reporting and analytics:   

•    Contributing to the operating rhythms of the FP&A department.
•    Building communication rhythms, to facilitate the information sharing on financial matters at the leadership and executive committee level, including the company CEO and CFO.
•    Acting for FP&A as a point of contact for the Investor Relations department.
•    Performing ad-hoc analysis, to help better understand the Group performance and opportunities available as well as driving the execution on those. 
•    Actively working with the rest of the FP&A team to build an analytics journey covering all business domain of the company: front end, manufacturing, SG&A, costing and cash generation.


Leadership and technical skills requirement

 

Required
•    Bachelor in Business, Finance or related field
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•    Fast learner, resourceful and curious
•    Strong oral and written communication
•    Strong social and leaderships skills
•    Ability to influence and lead small teams
•    Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
•    Outstanding integrity, in particular when it comes to analyzing performance information
•    US national or Green card holder a must.

 

Desired
•    Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
•    Internships already performed in Finance, ideally in FP&A. 
•    Cross cultural experience (through a semester abroad, family etc…)
•    Knowledge of a foreign language (French or German ideally)
