The Reporting & Controlling intern, is working in the Automotive Structure & Industry Business Unit (AS&I) and is collaborating with the internal controllers on the financial analysis and reporting processes

 

Key responsibilities:

a.    Support the team in the closing and reporting processes: 
a.    prepare and optimize some reports (weekly order intake, top customers, FTE tracking…) 
b.    checking data to provide consistent, relevant and reliable data for management reporting purposes

b.    Support the plants and BU teams in long term projects (data management, SAP, Power BI, mappings and data controls files, etc.…)

c.    Provide ad hoc analysis on specific topics (inventories, depreciation, FX...)

d.    Track & analyze capital expenditures programs of the plant

 

Your profile:
•    Student in Master’s degree in Business / Engineering with solid analytical skills
•    Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines, multi-task and perform in a team-oriented environment
•    Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; 
•    Rigorous and curious;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interact with different functions (finance, sales, supply chain, management), build and maintain relationships
•    Fluent in English and French
•    Position based in Paris (headquarters), France
