Constellium partnering with EUROMAT 2011
Constellium will be participating to EUROMAT 2011 on September 11-15 in Montpellier, France.
EUROMAT is an European congress and exhibition on advanced materials and processes organized by the French Metallurgy and Materials Society (SF2M) and the Italian Metallurgical Society (AIM). The EUROMAT conferences are organised every two years under the auspices of the FEMS, Federation of European Materials Societies.
This year’s edition will take place on September 11-15 in Montpellier, France. It is one of the most important conferences on advanced materials and processes ever organised in Europe, with 2500 communications and 2200 attendees.
About Constellium’s participation
Constellium will be represented by Bruno Dubost, Science Director Technology & Innovation at this international scientific event. He will welcome participants on Sunday 11th as SF2M past-president and will be introducing Constellium’s activities on Monday 12th (2.00-4.00 pm in Barcelona room).
Moreover, the two following oral contributions co-authored by Philippe Jarry and Christophe Sigli, senior scientists at Constellium Voreppe Research Centre, will be presented by young scientists:
September 13th - 5.20 pm: C11 session, on solidification by Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland) ;
September 15th - 2.20 pm: C12 session, on the microstructure of lightweight aluminium alloys for aerospace by SIMAP Laboratory (Grenoble, France).
