Constellium will participate at the Materials in Car Body Engineering conference in Bad Nauheim (Germany) on May 10-11th, 2012.
About the Materials in Car Body Engineering conference
The Materials in Car Body Engineering is a recurring Automotive Circle International global networking event gathering leading materials expert engineers, from automotive OEM-s and system suppliers.
This edition of the conference, entitled “ The World Automotive Materials Meeting: Steel, light metals, fibre reinforced plastics - in search of the optimal lightweight material mix”, will be answering several materials questions including: “Will aluminium make it to the volume segment, also with new, high-strength alloys; and can it narrow the "strength-gap" to high-strength steels?”
About Constellium’s participation
A key actor in the car body engineering industry, Constellium’ Specialty Sheet business unit will be represented by Dr. Hervé Ribes and Dr. Andreas Afseth who will give a presentation entitled “Meeting the most demanding Body-in-White Requirements with Aluminium Sheets” on May 10th.
